By proceeding to rent the equipment from Rent2Roam, the renter confirms they have read and understood these "Not So Fine Print" and agrees to release any liability to Rent2Roam

Renter's Acknowledgment of Risk
The Renter acknowledges and understands that while the use of satellite communication devices such as Starlink and Garmin inReach Mini is generally safe, sole reliance on these devices in emergency situations may involve certain risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, or even death. The Renter agrees to assume all risks associated with relying on the communication services provided by the rented equipment.

Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to rent and use the equipment provided by Rent2Roam, the Renter hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Rent2Roam, its officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, or losses arising out of or related to the use of the rented equipment, even if caused by the negligence of Rent2Roam.

Indemnification
The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rent2Roam from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to the use of the rented equipment, including but not limited to, any claims made by third parties.

Equipment Condition
The Renter certifies that they have inspected the equipment prior to use and that it is in good condition and suitable for their intended purpose. The Renter agrees to return the equipment in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.

Emergency Use and Limitations
The Renter acknowledges that while satellite communication devices can be crucial in emergency situations, they are not infallible and may be subject to limitations, including but not limited to, signal availability, battery life, and environmental conditions. The Renter understands that Rent2Roam does not guarantee the performance of the equipment in every emergency scenario.

Starlink and Garmin Conditions Review
The Renter agrees to review and understand the fine prints and disclaimers of Starlink and Garmin prior to renting the equipment from Rent2Roam. The Renter acknowledges that they are responsible for complying with all terms and conditions set forth by Starlink and Garmin. Links to the relevant websites are provided below:

Acknowledgment of Understanding
By renting any equipment service through Rent2Roam, the Renter acknowledges that they have read and understood this Wavier's contents, and agree to be bound by its terms.
